Out of Hiding and Into Destiny
For many it’s been a season of dwelling in a hidden place by the Brook Cherith (1 Kings 17:1-7), believing God for provision and breakthrough while surviving by drinking from a dwindling creek that is running dry; feeling like the opposite of provision and breakthrough are happening.
You feel like you went forward in obedience but backward in progress, but a transition is taking place for those who have been faithful stewarding the word of the Lord in the season of hiding. God is giving you the next phase. He’s pouring out wisdom, creativity, and favor.
There is an increase of influence, authority and the supernatural manifestation of God in a place of community that God is bringing you into. Look for the widow and her son. (1 Kings 17:8-16)
God will lead you into a new season of provision, favor, and influence. You are leveling up in authority and miracles because of the word of the Lord you are carrying.
He will bring others around you that you are to bring into what you are carrying. In this community you will find measures of refreshing and an increase of provision through supernatural means. The miracle will be as much for you as it is for the people he brings you to. It will break hopelessness, depression, desperation and despair off of people and their hope for their posterity will be resurrected, removing a dark cloud from the vision God has for their current season, giving them purpose, a future and a hope for tomorrow.
This isn’t the full manifestation of “the word of the Lord” you’ve been carrying, but it is the next phase that God is doing in you while He continues to establish you in identity while maturing the word of the Lord in you and building your confidence in His faithfulness to back you up when you speak as He confirms the word time and again with signs and miracles. At the same time, God is working behind the scenes preparing the next season; preparing the hearts that will be the harvest and the fruits of your faithfulness, and orchestrating transitions in others’ lives who will come along side you in your journey for seasons to come.
There is yet another season coming that will entail exponential breakthrough, multiplication and a sense of coming into your own and arriving at a sense of destiny. You may be tempted to rush the season of smaller community with high hopes of arriving in destiny. This season is vitally important. Rushing it will delay or even forfeit the promise of Isaac, while producing the baggage and challenges that come with Ishmael. Stay attuned to the leading of the Spirit as He alone is the master builder.
“Unless the Lord builds the house, They labor in vain who build it…”
Psalms 127:1 NKJV
